Young Japanese tourist, Saki Morimi sets foot in the US, trailing past Washington DC when she sees naked Japanese man, Akira Takizawa who tells her he  has lost his memory and has no idea who he is or what he is doing in the US - naked!

Near the end of the first episode, everything becomes clear to the viewer as to who and what Akira is, and that is the beginning of a fun-packed comedy mystery thriller.
