There is still a lot of decision making to go with who they will choose to lead the allied shinobi forces, and the kage have no idea who it will be while Sakura decides to announce something rather interesting to Naruto, but he doesn't like it - he thinks she must be making fun of him!

Danzo has noticed that Zetsu has been using his clones to try and intercept their people by taking over their bodies and changing into them, but this is only the start of what Tobi is planning as part of the Akatsuki. There is a lot to these new episodes; Killer Bee fighting with Akatsuki member Kisame, Danzo confronting Tobi and Sasuke and Naruto, Kakashi and Sai meeting Gaara who have brought them some news the might not want to hear. Naruto has gone through the entire series thinking that Sasuke meant a lot to Sakura, that she loved him and would do anything for him, while his peers want to kill him, he would rather he chose his own path without anyone reprimanding him for his actions. Kakashi has his wits about him seeing her track Sasuke down as nothing more than suicide, so sends his ninja hounds to search for her and hope she will come back.

Naruto has always loved Sakura and she has never once shown she has ever liked him in a romantic way. He thinks of Sasuke, his once close friend fill him with sadness as he hoped he would not turn out to be a rogue ninja as he doesn't know how ling he can keep the others from getting to kill him. As Naruto thinks back to what Tobi revealed about Sasuke's mournful history with his brother, Sasuke is fighting the man who ordered his brother to destroy his entire clan, Danzo. What ensues is one of the best fight sequences since Sasuke vs Killer Bee or even Sasuke vs Itachi. Sasuke has to ignore Danzo's cruel taunts if he wants to win, but he has plenty of plots up his sleeve so Sasuke can't be complacent if he wants to fight him to the death. With the might of the two of them, the fights result could go either way.

The tense feelings between Sakura and Naruto are played out to the point where Sakura has to leave without him as he tries to grasp why Sakura wants to kill him when he would rather save him. Oblivious to all that his former Team 7 friends are going though, Sasuke has problems of his own to overcome and facing Danzo, someone from his brothers past might help him come to terms with his family being wiped out. It would be good to think this, but as Sakura soon discovers, Sasuke has changed. He has only hatred and resentment in his heart toward anyone who caused his brother pain, but this personality change has only made him hate everyone. I liked the way the episodes built up to Sasuke's fights with Danzo and his cohorts, and another character that made me sit up and take notice.

Bonus Material: Storyboards, Production Art and Trailers.

Verdict: Naruto is one of the best around, whether it's romance, combat or humour - it's got it where it counts.
