It is an interesting quote, but never truer when the Devil ends up being a gang leader, and the golden boy is Jeong. Set in a bad area of Seoul, Korea unwanted children are the norm and there are plenty of them. If they don't want to be overlooked, they have to leave and fend for themselves in gangs who are a large part of the South Korean Mafia, the Khangpae.

Here the story continues with Masami taking Toshita out for dinner at a local bar after getting him a job at his workplace in IT. Masami has already shown him round where he works and given him an idea of the kind of work he will be doing, though it isn't work that is on Masami's mind. When they are in the bar he likes the way the other people look at them, knowing his friend is exceptionally handsome and well-dressed.

In the previous series of Dragon Ball, Goku had fiercely battled Piccolo, defeating him. Everyone is celebrating this death, the fact that their city is safe once more, Goku is able to recover in an air car while his friend, Tenshinhan gets patched up. While the celebration caries on there is one thing our hero should bear in mind; Piccolo's last words - that his child should avenge his death.
