Sai, Sakrua, Shikamaru, Naruto and Hinata are the five man team sent to rescue the kidnapped Hanabi, Hinata's sister. Attempts had already been made on kidnapping Hinata and a mysterious man bears the marks of the sage of the six paths on his body and has told of the end of the world - that he will sooner or later get Hinata.

Back years ago when Iruka was Naruto's sensei, he asked the class a random question , what would they do if it was their last day on Earth? Sasuke stayed bored, Sakura had a good idea of who she would put down on her sheet, while Naruto thought it was a very stupid question, that the moon would crumble and fall to Earth, killing everyone. Now, after the emergence of another enemy, it seems the moon will come into contact with the Earth, and destroy it.

In the hope of getting back Hanabi, the team are sent out, Naruto and Hinata are together on one of Sai's super beast scroll hawks. Now that the Fourth Great Ninja War is over, everyone has the time to reflect on their desire to keep promises or to get back with the loved ones they left behind. Hinata has designs on Naruto, making him a red scarf as a present to show him how much she loves him, but whenever she tries to hand it to him in private, he is surrounded by girls.

What might look on the surface like a quest to prevent the end of the world, turns out to be the adventure of the red scarf, where Naruto finally has to realise Hinata's love for him after their enemy finally catches up with them. Sakura knows how much of an idiot Naruto is as he can't tell the difference between romantic love and the love he has for ramen. One of the comedic moments involves Naruto wearing another scarf someone else gave him, but no one is any the wiser as to who.

This is a great opportunity for a last look at the end of an era and the exciting beginning of a new one with new series spin-off Boruto. After the last war has ended, everything has got back to something like normal and Naruto and his friends have one last time to have their own adventures, with one catch, Naruto has to find out what love really is, and save the world doing it. Naruto fans should not miss this at all as there are too many spoilers I could mention, but don't as it's so great to watch.
